Job description


ーOrganize and maintain the overall agenda of the executive.
ーMake travel arrangements for the executive.(tickets, hotels, visa if required)
ーOrganize the schedule for the executive in business travel and appointments eg planning out the transport, people to meet and locations.
ーAttend meetings and keep minutes
ーReceive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
ーHandle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
ーHandle confidential documents ensuring they are secure
ーConduct research and prepare presentations or reports
ーTranslations for emails or documents when required.
ーManaging all claims and forms required for Entertainment, Biz trips, General claims.
ーHandling all documents requiring MD signature
ーAssist in presentation power point when required.
ーEmployment pass process, local rules and regulation eg open bank account, cheques. As part of personal assistant.
ーAdhoc personal matters eg health check bookings.



<必須 / Must have>
Proficient in Microsoft office software(include powerpoint)

Integrity and confidentiality
Multi-tasking ability
Detailed oriented even in small menial and routine tasks
Ability to work fast to meet sudden changes in schedule
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
