Our client is a Japanese firm providing engineered solutions like energy saving systems, motors, drive systems, substation & generation systems.
Products such as medium voltage motors, power convertors, switchgears, transformers, power convertors, generators and medium voltage AC drives.
We are currently looking for a senior manager to :
To assist Senior Manager in handling regional sales accounts for SEA region:
• • To build rapport with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and future sales
• • To lead in the development and growth of the new business in Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines
• • To assist to build and grow the OEMs / EPC / Distributors in oil & gas, rubber & plastics, petrochemicals, mining, utilities and cement.
• • To draft proposals, quotations and to ensure that customer requirements can be met within the scope of the company capacity
• • To collect and monitor payment progress on incoming payment before/after shipment
• • To correspond with suppliers, included HQ members and customers to ensure timely delivery to end user.
• • To arrange regular customer visits
• • To generate weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly reports
• • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Company
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• At least 5 years of working experience and Technical understanding of medium voltage drives and power / automation systems is essential.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum / Oil / Gas), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Working experience in Japanese firm or Japanese language proficiency is advantage to liaise with the Japanese clients and expats.
