Job Description

Finance

- Perform full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) responsibilities.
- Perform Intercompany transactions.
- Perform month-end closing and reporting
- Perform accounts reconciliation
- Perform quarterly tax reconciliation, reporting, GST and VAT reporting.
- Perform tax filing and assist in audit exercise.
-Assist in Annual General Meeting, filing and other related duties.
-Maintain company's accounting system.
-Management of company assets.
- Train office staff on compliance matters.
- Assist in process improvements.

HR & Admin
-Coordinate monthly payroll and CPF processing through HR service provider.
-Manage employee files.
-Leave tracking and reporting management.
-Employee insurance and benefits management.
-Annual employee personal income tax filing.
-Manage Stationery and office supplies
-Arrange courier and postage services
-Office car park co-ordination
-Tracking of IT equipment
-Support data and server for Singapore and Regional HQ.
- Provide support to country representatives within the region regarding sales and operations matters.

Requirements

-Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
-Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting and Admin Support.
- Independent and a self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision.
- Above-average communication skills; Able to communicate with all levels and of diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented, solutions-focused.
- Result and customer driven.
- Demonstrates integrity and reliability at all times
