Job Description

The Sales personnel is responsible for local and SEA Oceania regional sales:

• Position Title : Senior Executive/Deputy Manager
• Department : Petrochemicals Department
• Reporting Line : General Manager

• Manage existing clients’ account and expand operations and sales of the various product portfolios.
• Coordinate supply and sales, ensure smooth logistics operation, and resolve all related issues.
• Prepare data, reports, contracts and oversee support staff on the preparation of trading documents including invoices, import/export documents, SAP documents, accounting documents and etc.
• Liaise with suppliers or customers and maintain excellent business relationship.
• Monitor and follow-up on accounts and credit-related matters.
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience in Petrochemical industry or related trading company.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Have strong initiative and self-motivation with good learning mind-set
• Excellent analytical, negotiation skills
• Demonstrates ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers
• Willing to travel as and when required.
