Job Description
Job Description:
* Provide plastic processing advice to customers, as such, knowledge in plastic processing technologies is required
* Attend trials to help customers use the product through plastic processing techniques
* Propose new technologies to customers to help improve customers' production
* Marketing support to expand the demand and explore new application of the product
* Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during trial
* Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business
* Research, evaluate and recommend new products that will meet customer needs
* Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, and to provide suggestions and solutions to customers
* Train customers on the features of the product they have purchased
* Any ad-hoc support activities that may be assigned from time to time.
* Frequent overseas travel needed
Requirements
Requirements:
*Degree in Bachelor for Polymer Science or Chemical Process Engineering
*Minimum 3 years of experience in working with plastic industry such as chemical products company, packaging manufacturer etc.
*Good communication skill and able to collaborate with different functions cross countries.
*Problem-solving skills in terms of technical side
