Job Description
Manage a maintenance planning/scheduling/execution team (including contractor core team technicians) in delivering safe, efficient and quality completion of maintenance activities (proactive and reactive) and as a result equipment and systems availability and reliability. The manager is responsible to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in compliance to the company, relevant local and international standards and within the budget.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance planning/scheduling/ execution team, employees as well as contractors, to perform maintenance related work in a safe manner in compliance with HSE rules, standards and practises
Responsible for compliance with engineering standards, local legislation, statutory requirements and regulations as well as corporate guidelines while performing maintenance related duties.
Review and ensure diary/weekly schedule task are communicated effectively to the team to deliver safe, efficient and quality completion of assigned work.
Leading the team of maintenance planners and supervisors, responding to plant requirements, prompt and timely response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet operations expectations.
Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance plans for equipment (planning through to execution), working close with integrity and reliability teams with focus on high availability and reliability of the plant equipment and systems.
Approve frozen schedule (daily, weekly and shutdown)
Identify risks of task not achieving schedule and taking mitigation actions keeping maintenance supervisors informed.
