Global Account Manager

Job Description:
 Attend to and mange RFI, RFQ and Tender.
 Attend to and promptly respond to Sales or Service Enquirers.
 Build and maintain good working relationship.
 Create leads and follow-up on new business opportunities .
 Ensure continued maintenance of business and maximization of potential growth.
 Work closely with APAC and Regional Teams on service requirements.
 Lead and manage presentations, proposals, SOPs and service expectations.
 Ensure all operational requirements are disseminated and performed by all concerned parties.
 Ensure prompt and timely payment for services rendered.

Requirements:
 Minimum Diploma Holders or Degree Holders in related field.
 Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position.
 Possess good knowledge and competence in handling RFI, RFQ and Tender.
 Possess good inter-personal and problem solving skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Good working knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) and Logistics.
 Strong leadership and administrative skills.
