Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Japanese Account) to:

- Direct Sales activities to meet company goals, sales standards and KPI.
- Assign or reassign customer accountabilities to Sales Executives based on territorial divisions or industrial segmentations.
- Plan and direct staffing to encompass coaching, training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor progress, results and establish contingency plans.
- Involve departmental heads to resolve customer issues pertaining to operations, customer service or any other sales-related issues.
- Sales engagement with both local and oversea offices and customers.
- Pricing study + Quotations.
- Provide competitive analysis and assist MD on formulating strategies for sales team.
- Generate & develop SOP jointly with sales and other departments.
- Annual Budget preparations.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

- Tertiary or Degree holder in Logistics or Transportation field.
- Relevant work experience in the Logistics or Transportation field with no less than 10 – 15 years in related industries.
- Able to speak Japanese to handle Japanese accounts.
- Experience in Tank operations or leasing will be preferable.
- Able to work independently and able to take work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player and posses with initiatives and positive working attitude.
