Job Description

【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

• Establishing professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts (C level).
• Leading account planning processes in order to develop account strategies, sales and marketing campaigns, financial targets and critical milestones.
• Preparing and negotiating contracts, quotes and initiate the order process.
• Leading and managing the end-to-end sales process through engagement of internal resources.
• Pipeline development to hit and surpass goals within designated region.
• Understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position offerings.
• Achieving short-term results whilst maintaining the long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
• Engaging with prospect organisations to position solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analysis of data.
• Creating and maintaining partnerships with appropriate professional/industry focused organisations.
• Our brand ambassador by being an influencer that is both inclusive and engaging.
• Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customers business and discuss issues from multiple angles.

Requirements

下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

• Degree qualified preferable in finance, marketing or business management.
• Sales experience in ERP or HR/Payroll preferred.
• Experience in cloud implementation and consulting highly desirable.
• Ability to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Demonstrable experience in closing sales.
• Up to date knowledge and understanding of the local market.
• Strong communication, relationship building and presentation skills.
• A strong desire to succeed and a passion for client-facing sales.
• ITサービスの営業経験または人事向けの営業経験がある方
