Our client operates as a business consulting company. Its services include corporate, branding and marketing, business portfolio, and business IT strategy, as well as group management and strategy.
We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales SAP Hana Solution Architect to:
• Develop solutions based on client requirements and has a good understanding of business scenarios across sales, service and marketing, and related any Sap modules with S4 Hana configurations and user interfaces.
• Understand and translate buyer requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverable and the right collection of offering.
• Collaborate with internal solution teams and vendors to plan the overall solution architecture and capabilities to meet client’s requirements.
• Hands-on experience with the integration scenarios in Sap S4 Hana / Cloud systems.
• Ensure that delivery is implemented according to policies/standards and solution is bench marked externally.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in S4 Hana implementation and migration to / from Public Cloud to / from On-premise systems.
• Solid understanding across Sap Activate Methodology or any agile implementation projects.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• A minimum degree education with more than 10 years of Sap implementation project experience. Mandatory to have S4 Hana implementation experience in any Sap modules system.
• Prefer more than 7 years in consulting experience.
• Involved in more than 3-4 full cycle of Sap implementation projects in consulting environment.
• Have experience in Lead Management; Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of Sap implementation projects
• Team leadership experience and stakeholder management
• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems
• Confident in communicating and presenting at business level to MNC clients.
• You must have excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication on how to handle existing clients and be client oriented with excellent problem solving skills.
• Able to write clearly and concisely in prepare training materials
• You must possess a personal attribute such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
• Able to working in tight deadlines and short notice is very common.
• Able to start in a short notice period.
• Consulting background is preferred.
