Job Description
The Role:
* Responsible for the implementation of Reliability Engineering initiatives such as:
* Engineering quality Control- tools management, lubrication management, spare part management, housekeeping, work processes management, setup SME group
* Reliability Engineering - PM data analysis, equipment breakdown analysis, equipment availability and KPI analysis, in-house training program development, root cause analysis, and condition-based maintenance.
* Control & Instrumentation Management- Cyber security, equipment software and program control, C&I documentation updates and central filing
* Process, Procedures and Policy- PM & WO planning processes, change management process, document controls, project workflow & processes, equipment breakdown & remedial reference library setup
* Conduct in-house training, and execution & monitoring the effectiveness of new processes
* Conduct survey and feedback session from maintenance team and continuous process improvement
* Establish and document down all changes and develop TS' Reliability Handbook
The Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)
* 5 years of relevant experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance
* Excellent understanding of operations and cost/time required for all types of maintenance work related to either port equipment or process plant
* Good communication skills to interface and established positive relationships with operations and maintenance personnel to continuously improve operations
