Our client is a trusted and growing company in the office furniture business. They provide services ranging from provision of office furniture to designing of office spaces.
We are currently looking for a Project Site Coordinator to:
* Review project specification and technical clarifications.
* Identify/Check drawing discrepancies.
* Prepare method statements, material requisition.
* Project planning & supervisions, builders, design and M&E cost control.
* Project documentation, drawings updating.
* Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters & proposals.
* Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
* To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied.
* Organising, coordinating, supervising, directing, programming and monitoring the works of sub-contractors.
* Provide support and arrange for necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities.
* To resolve all site works coordination issues arising from the subcontractors' installation works.
* Assist in planning of deployment and storage of materials and equipment at the site.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Min. 3 years' experience as Office Interior Renovation Project Management or equivalent.
*Preferably can use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel.
*Preferably can work as QS also.
*Organised, independent and highly motivated.
