They are looking for an "Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager" to join their office located in the East area.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager to:

1. Assist to oversee the daily operations of accounting department, covering but not limited to revenue, cost analysis, cash management.

2. Manage month end, quarterly & year end closing activities & ensure that financial reports (local & DIVA reports) are prepared timely & accurately.

3. Provide guidance and assign jobs to suitable accounting staff to provide accurate and up-to-date records of transactions of the company.

4. Review and backup for management reporting.

5. Assist in forecast & annual budgeting exercise.

6. Review and approval of entries in NetSuite.

7. Manage vendors' payments & customers' debts, and assist to monitor foreign currencies markets & needs.

8. Assist with external auditors and tax agent on audit and tax issues, review tax computations and tax returns.

9. Review quarterly GST reporting.

10. Review reports such as aging report, debtor's outstanding list, statement of accounts etc.

11. Review all monthly audit schedules.

12. Work closely with internal customers to ensure smooth operations between inter/intra departments.

13. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1.Degree holder with/or minimum 5 years of related working experience, preferably planning for CPA designation.
2.Experienced in managing a team.
3.Experience in leading and managing the Finance & Accounting Department.
4.Strong in Financial Analysis.
5.ISO Knowledge will be an added advantage.
6.Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ERP system experience.
7.CPA is preferred.
