Our client is a one of the biggest Japanese Logistics company, looking for a “Sales Executive” to join their office located in the Middle West area.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to:

• Hunting Role.
• To make the quotation, SOP and Operation T & C.
• Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
• Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
• Maintain records of customer details / sales visits.
• Identify potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursue realization of such.
opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
• Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
• Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
• Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
• Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.


Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration and Management or in a discipline related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably with Sales Experiences (1-2years) in Contract Warehousing and Freight Forwarding.
• Acute sense of hunting and developing new sales opportunities.
•Possess excellent communication skills in order to convey distribution services information.
Clearly to both potential and existing customers.
• Ability to understand customers’ expectations and make value proposition to customers.
• Good proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word) is needed in order to make Proposal for target client.
• Independent and good motivation for Sales.
• Fluent in English and able to liaise with Japanese - speaking clients (is an added advantage).
