Job Description
Reporting to the Global CFO in Europe with dotted line to the MD in Singapore, the successful incumbent will be part of the management team and will provide financial leadership for the company. You will be responsible for the monthly close, budget/forecasting, statutory filings and annual financial audit. You need to ensure compliance to internal controls and will work closely with the commercial and sales department to find practical solutions to meet customer demands. In performing the above functions, you need to be hands-on whilst managing a small team.
Requirements
-Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent, preferably with CPA or CA qualification
-Minimum 12 to 15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity
-Experience in manufacturing environment is a must.
-Detailed oriented yet able to review financials at a high level
-Strong decision making capabilities and pro-active in driving initiatives
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven track record in developing and managing people
