Senior Process Engineer

Our client is a Semiconductor and FPD Production Equipment manufacturing company and they are looking for a "Senior Process Engineer" for their Singapore Office.

This position is responsible for executing hands-on research and the development of Etch and patterning processes relevant to the fabrication of Logic and/or Memory Microelectronics devices.

* Coordinating and transferring processes from Lab-to-Fab.

* Responsible for the development of new or modified processes and for the review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacturing, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors' devices.

* Characterizes, compiles, and analyses test data to determine the appropriate limits and variables for processes or material specifications.

* Works with colleagues who are based in the factories and from the other functions, to prepare changes, additions and modifications to facilitate manufacturing.

* Provide support to our customers not only on Process Development but also on the improvements to existing products and processes.

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

* Bachelor in Physics or BSc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in the development of Etch Processes in the Semiconductor industry.
* Vast experience in the industry's Plasma Etch Process and the integration of Memory Semiconductor.
* Trained in Process Characterization and Data Analysis including Design of Experiments [DOE].
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* An independent person who is also able to work effectively in teams.
* Willing to travel about 20% of the time in a year.
