Job Description

We are currently looking for a HR Training Coordinator (L&D) to:

Job Level : Open from Executive to Assistant Manager

Main duties : Plan, manage and assist with training & seminars projects.

Requirements : Preferably to have projects management experience, able to handle tasks from operations to logistics to planning independently.

- Develop, implement and planning of new training programs and its contents, including per not limited to:

• Coordinating and organizing of workshops/seminars.
• Overseeing logistics arrangements for workshops/seminars.
• Creating materials for workshops/seminars.
• Developing educational contents.
• Liaising with external vendors, such as professional training entities, universities, Professors and etc. to develop and plan training programs and contents
• Collaborating with HRD department of the parent company in Tokyo and HR department in parent company’s overseas branches in the Asia & Oceania region.
- Other adhoc or additional and/or different tasks or duties as per delegated by the Management as it considers necessary.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1. Min Diploma with min 2 years ‘of experience in training and development (L&D). Experience in planning training calendar and session coordination is much preferred.
2. Should be strong in multi-tasking and meticulous to details and keen to participate in HR initiatives and projects with independent approach with team skills.
