Job Description

We are currently looking for a Office Manager to:

1) PR scope will focus on Company portals (MS-SharePoint) and websites, Corporate event management and external communications.

a. Lead and assist regional subsidiaries to update their site content.

b. Assess external communications methods and procedures.

c. Liaison with law firms, government agencies and key external parties.

2) HR functions will focus on strategies; Policy, Compliance, Engagement and Learning & Development

a. Create policies, announcements and communications materials.

b. Execute legal and compliance matters, vet through basic service contracts (E.g. PDPA, tenancy, service, lease agreements, etc).

3) FMCG (Professional channel) Team support; especially in GDP/MDS audit committee. Coaching and guiding juniors / colleagues.

4) Support the General Manager in group or company-wide ad hoc activities; support in crafting a vision of how HR and Employees will develop in a globalizing Company.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1)Diploma or Degree holder.
2)Strong command of English & Chinese for corporate communication; Possess critical thinking and writing skills / Good presentation and negotiation skills.
3)Develop concepts logically and persuasively.
4)A team player with members across different regions and countries.
5)Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint 2016.
6)Knowledge of Japanese language and culture is an advantage for communication with HQ.
7)Knowledge of ASEAN labour laws or labour environment is an advantage.
