Job Description

We are currently looking for a Regional HR Manager to:

To provide support for the whole company and its entities in the region in the areas of human resource management and general affairs activities.

HR Regional Responsibilities

1. Work closely with management team and managers in providing HR consultation and strategy to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business results by supporting recruiting activities through sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews.

2. Review, develop and implement HR policies and processes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational goal, including support and to roll out corporate initiatives and programs initiated by HQ.

3. Development and implementation of Corporate HR Strategies, aligning local and global initiatives.

4. Develop and execute HR policies that are aligned where possible to the legal and cultural differences of the various countries within the territory.

5. Provide advice on full HR of spectrum management including recruitment, compensation/benefits management, and development of policies, negotiation of employee remuneration package and other aspects.

TAP HR Responsibilities

1. Manage headcount cost and resources effectively and efficiently with HR, Management, business units and staff, review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to operational and legal requirement.

2. Manage the full HR of spectrum management including compensation/benefits management, development of policies, negotiation of employee remuneration package and other aspects.

3. Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

4. HR system - job grade, evaluation, promotion set-up experience Head of HR department supporting business operations and partnering.

5. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

6. Guide managers and employees in matter related to Career Development, Employee Relations, Workplace Ethics and Performance Management.

7. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

8. Work with management to establish suitable internal and external training budgets including develop and facilitate training programs to help meet business needs on organizational design and employee and leadership development that foster career progression and skill development.

TAP Administration Responsibilities

1. Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.

2. Plan, monitor and act the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.

3. Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements as required.

4. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.

5. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.

6. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

7. Manage Company events arrangement

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

*Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
*10 years' experience with HR leadership roles with strong APAC presence.
*Good management skills with ability to handle multiple key stakeholders.
*Proven track record in rolling out HR initiatives across the region.
