Job description

We are currently looking for a HR Manager to:

1. Manage full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, organization development and employee relations.
2. Develop, implement, review and update HR policies, payroll.
3. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
4. Make recommendations of future process and system to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Provide professional advice to management for HR related topics.
6. Drive compliance auditing and provide suggestions for improvements.
7. Monitor HR cases to ensure accurate state of case and timely resolution.
8. Provide HR expertise and guidance to the business as needed.
9. Drive compliance auditing and provide suggestions for improvements.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in the area of Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
2. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
3. Experience in developing HR strategic concepts and policies.
4. Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment legislation and best practice.
5. Minimum of 2 years recruiting independently and working knowledge of interview techniques and assessment tools used in the hiring process.
6. High level of social sensitivity and cultural awareness with the ability to build successful and collaborative relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
7. Ability to analyse complex issues and make sound judgements.
8. Ability to work in a virtual team and with minimal direction.
9. Strong customer-orientation and a willingness to support and understand the business needs and goals.
10. Efficient skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and technical aptitude with HR information systems.
11. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
