Job Description

Prepare loan documentation, including facility letters and security agreements (pledges, assignments, liens) and check completeness of execution upon return.

The Responsibilities:

* Prepare facility letters and supplementary letters in accordance with credit approvals. Keep a record of the documents and monitor their return

* Check the facility documentation when they are returned by the clients for completion e.g. dates, signatures, corporate seals etc.

* Prepare documentation checklist for approval by management prior to drawing of the loan; highlight any documentation discrepancies to management for further monitoring and escalate the discrepancies to higher level if they are not resolved within 3 months

* Report and follow up on the documentation discrepancies on a monthly basis

* Other responsibilities that will be assigned by the Credit Risk Manager

Requirements

*At least 3 years' relevant experience in banks/financial institutions
*Conversant in aspects of credit lending and documentation
*Dynamic team player with the ability to work under pressure
*Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
*Meticulous
*Diploma/Degree holders
