Job Description
We are currently looking for a Regional Finance Manager to:
Client is looking for suitable individuals to be in charge of accounting and taxation.
o Act as the onsite finance ambassador for the Asia Region.
o Support regional sales by providing analysis/validating sales quotes and payment regulations.
o Review and validate customer performance against contract commitments e.g. Volume, fees, etc.
o Validate and calculate credit/debit notes for customers.
o Prepare and present Account Receivable reporting to sales function.
o Prepare Rebate Reconciliation.
o Assist Corporate Treasurer with Cash Management activities for the region.
o Prepare journal entries and other required accounting calculations for the closing process such as PTO accrual, Bad Debt reserves, Sales Returns, Warranty Reserves, Inventory Reserve, etc.
o Evaluate capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
o Prepare and analyzing financial data.
o Assist with the Accounts Payable Function including scanning invoices when needed.
o Coordinate with other members of the finance team when required to review financial information and forecasts.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
・Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field; ideally 5 or more years as a financial analyst.
・Ability to work in fast paced environment; needs to be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
・Action oriented; needs to be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
・Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
・Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
