Our client is a leading Japanese manufacturing company in Singapore.
* Support Asia Pacific regional legal team with research and contract management
* Co-ordinate compliance and risk management activities for the Company's business operations in Asia Pacific e.g. e-learning, compilation of reports, co-ordinate trainings
* Support maintenance of compliance education aides and materials
* Provide guidance to employees on compliance policies
* Handle corporate secretarial and miscellaneous administrative duties
* Any other administrative duties or responsibilities related or incidental to the above or assigned from time to time
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Degree in legal or business studies preferred
*At least 2 years' relevant experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Familiarity with Singapore law and major laws related to international business.
