Job Description

We are currently looking for a Assistant Manager (IT Infrastructure) to:

Manage project and execute system integration project plan in banking application development:

-Manage members and multiple vender relationship with all hardware / software vendors or service providers, when necessary, to complete all tasks as required and planned.

-Manage projects, including Asian regional projects and ensuring the completion of all processes and tasks as a project manager.

-Manage projects, which includes resolving issues, controlling vendors/ resources/ schedules, and preparing reports to Management, the Bank and Head Office for approval if required.

-Consult with the Bank and define system requirement for system development/ maintenance.

Design infrastructure, if required, or helping members or vendors to design infrastructure to meet users or system requirements.

-Coordinating all processes to ensure that these are progressing smoothly for the Bank and developers/vendors, Head Office relevant development team.

-Strictly comply with policy and procedures including Head Office System Development Rules.

-System engineering for International Banking System's In-house Application.

-Designing and developing.

-Specifying Application design based on requirement.

-Review of design documents/test evidences delivered from vendors.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

Job Requirements
 A Bachelor's Degree would be preferred.
 3-5 year experience of IT projects in banking sector.

Knowledge and Skills
 Knowledge and experience in Java, Oracle and .net.
 Knowledge and experience in HULFT, MQ, SFTP, VMware technology, or network administration will be an advantage
 Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills in English, and business level in Japanese will be an added advantage to liaise with counterparts.
 Ability to interact effectively across all levels, including counterparts from headquarter in Japan, and also local and international clients and vendors, will help the candidate perform successfully in the role.
-Coordination skills to handle various parties, such as both local and international clients, vendors and counterparts.
-Professional Certificate .
・Project Management Professional(PMP).
