Our client is a financing Japanese company in Singapore.
We are currently looking for a Operation(Load Admin Associate) to:
1. Provide administrative support to Credit Investment Department.
2. Raise Operation Sheets relating to assigned loans and remittances.
3. Maintain up-to-date Drawdown Ringi, records and files for loans and remittances.
4. Initiate funding request for assigned loans.
5. Monitor timely receipt and payment for assigned loans.
6. Monitor excess drawings and terms and conditions of facilities against Credit Application.
7. Contact external parties on interest rate fixing and other relevant administrative matters.
8. Prepare request forms to Communication Section for transmission of funds or advises.
9. Monitor, record and perform monthly reconciliation on Promissory Notes.
10. Prepare various reports to Senior Management, Head Office and external parties.
11. Prepare Audit confirmation.
12. Support the Section in the monthly checklist for loans/remittances.
13. Support Section Head in any other related operations including Disbursement Checklist preparation and loan documentation verification and lodging.
14. Filing of computer reports and daily works.
15. Perform any other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.
Qualification:
Graduate with Business Studies preferred.
Work experience:
At least 1 year in financial related sector.
Monthly Salary: up to S$3,500+VB (Roughly 3months, but depend on the performance)
