Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Analyst - Banking Domain to:

1. Manages the SDLC process of the development team:

a. Tracks the timelines of Change Requests under development and in the pipeline

b. Ensures the team adheres to the development rules and code control system used in the company

c. Perform code review on the changes done by the team

d. Reviews the deliverables of the team, inclusive of impact analysis, test cases and results, release procedures, deployment packages.

2. Act as the point of contact between the development team and external stakeholders, including QA team, L2 application support team and the customers' project managers.

3. Leads the insourced vendors during incidents in resolving the issue, coordinating with other stakeholders to find the root cause and resolution method. Presents the findings to the customers.

4. Performing coding when required.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

The candidate should have:
1.At least 5 years of development experience.
2.At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead role, managing the works of other developers.
3.Strong experiences in working in a complex matrix organization.
4.Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.

Technical Skills:
1.Strong knowledge in software development life cycle methodologies.
2.Knowledge in Banking Domain will be an added advantage.
3.Experience in Delphi is very strongly preferred.
4.Experienced in developing .NET applications is a plus.
