* Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.

* May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail.

* Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment.

* May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

Requirements

* Minimally a GCE A-level certificate or a Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
* 1 year of relevant experience.
* Strong communication and good interpersonal skills。
* A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
