Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
• Handles Sales Independently.
• Establish good partnership with property agents.
• Follow up on Sales Lead and generate New Leads.
• Manage appointments and conduct viewings of the office suites and facilities with potential clients.
• Provide good in-office support services and maintain strong relationship with in-house clients.
• Constantly seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
• Client might be Japanese company.
Requirements

＊接客・営業経験者
＊業務上使用可能な英語力
※社内コミュニケーションにて必要なため、営業先はローカル、外資、日系のため英語でプレゼンできる能力・交渉できる方を求めております。

【給与】
$3,000 ～ $4,500 ※それ以上も能力により応相談
