ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a member of the Customer Success team you will oversee the service level of the customers (Account Management)& be the single point of contact for the clients in your assigned portfolio. In this key, customer-facing role we're looking for a dedicated professional with an exceptional ability to manage customer relationships, able to work in a fast-paced & exciting environment. You will be working directly with their customers to understand their business and technical requirements and develop asset plans to ensure products and people deliver a transformational benefit to their clients businesses.

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

As part of their drive to modernise our client has recently revolutionised their business model from more traditional M&E Services & Maintenance Company to an Innovative Solutions provider for clients. Instead of the traditional service & maintenance model our client invests in owning and operating air-conditioning systems on their behalf and instead simply lease them back to the client as a service (including maintenance & operation services). This enables them to utilise their expertise & knowledge in the design of energy efficient plant to provide the most cost effective, reliable & energy efficient solutions

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Get regular updates from all BUs on all asset activities to ensure we are prepared for all communications (e.g. price negotiations, rate adjustments, enhancement works and disruptions)
* Develop a customised launch plans for all assets & communicate to the customer
* Track the progress of all activities and regularly update BU leaders on actions that need to be taken.
* Work with the Field Ops teams to uphold the brand values in how they look and how they communicate with customers
* Arrange & conduct regular account review with customers
* Give presentations on asset plans, technical project details, financial/contractual matters, product updates etc
* Assist customers to expand their usage and adoption of the company's solutions

What you need to succeed:

* Passion for Demonstrated exceptional customer skills from previous employment in Account Management and/or Customer Success
* Strong and proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
* Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Some knowledge of the Construction & Property / Real Estate market would be an advantage
