Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Meticulous, energetic and well-organized individual to assist in day-to-day project management, working with creative, event, finance & other departments/vendors to ensure all projects are properly proceeded.

* Serve as a support function to the (Senior) Account Manager in the Account Servicing department.

* Japanese car brand will be the sole client for this role

* Work with the regional marketing asset development team, which primarily focuses on product marketing & training materials. (*Regional marketing assets, such as Product Information Guidebook, Product Training Event, Videos etc)

* Project management: Quality control throughout the planning, production & execution phases

* Organize day-to-day workflow and account support functions (i.e. Meeting Minutes, Proposal Document Preparation - Presentation Deck, Logistics Coordination, Financial Process - Quotation/Invoice, etc)

* Track and monitor progress of projects, follow up with team/vendors.

* Reporting / presenting to client on project progress, findings & providing solutions to potential complications during asset production

Requirements

Requirements:
*At least 2-3 years' project management experience (Agency experience will be an advantage)
*Experience in marketing, production, events preferred
*Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or Business Administrations
*Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
*Passion and interest in the automobile industry (*Prior automobile experience will be an advantage)
*Proficient in English - Written & spoken for internal and external communication (*Ability to converse in Japanese is a bonus but not a requisite-external communication)
*Positive work ethic - Eager to learn, willing to invest the time to improve
*Ability to prioritize tasks as well as multitasking is a must
*Must be able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
*Well organized - Able to grasp fundamental workflow process and expected to exceed in clients' basic expectations
*Able to work independently and possess excellent time management
