This role will report support the CFO in the planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of the company Finance functions (direct oversight of Finance, Taxation and Risk) to comply with company's governance policies and to meet the organization's goals and objectives.

Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support CFO on matters related to financials, treasury, budgets, forecasts, business strategy and business processes to meet company's objectives.

* Liaise and review with Corporate Functions, including Internal Audit, on all matters related to the business that have an impact on financials, treasury, business strategy and business processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

* Managing and analyzing financial and management reports for the company.

* Monitor and review budgets and forecasts to ensure that all budgets and actuals are timely and accurate for management reviews and follow up actions.

* Support CFO in carrying out duties for the smooth running of the company's Board and it's sub-committees.

* Review, evaluate and where necessary implement new plans, policies and initiatives related to the company for continuous improvement.

* Liaise with joint venture/capital partners on Finance and governance matters to share information and ensure alignment of financial policies and processes.

* Devise and recommend business process improvements and work with stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and success.

* Develop capabilities and monitor continuing education for the Finance Team for individual and team learning, development for team performance and growth.

* Recruit, train and coach next line of team leaders for talent management and succession planning.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

* Degree in Accountancy or related fields.
* Minimum 10 years' of experience in Finance or related roles.
* Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
* Highly effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Analytical thinking skill.
* Excellent project management skill.
* Highly effective stakeholder management skill.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a finance team.
