Job Description
* Provide quotations to incoming enquiries/tenders via email, phone or fax.
* Able to identify customers' need, interest, problems and react differently.
* Frequently visit customer with manager for enquiries and sample requests.
* Maintain close relationship with existing customers.
* Handle and resolve customer's complaints.
* Performed any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
* No sales target
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College/Professional certificate/NiTEC in any field.
Having good communication skill to communicate with customers face to face
Outgoing, positive attitude
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
Preferably Non-Executive/Entry Level specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
