Job description

We are looking for Desktop/ IT Service Specialist who will be reporting to IT Manager based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for first & second line support including ownership of projects within these areas at the local sites. Primary work task includes the day to day support with end users and other routine work that needs to be done on a daily basis at the local sites, this position has a high focus to VIP users based in Singapore. You will be responsible to prioritize helpdesk tickets, emails, Desktop / Laptop support for end users, Infrastructure support, Server Software / Hardware, etc. You will manage the security badges, make sure server backup is followed, Daily capture backup logs and action. As part of supporting the users this includes proactive measures at all times, problem solving, implementation of new hardware / software, testing solutions and documenting areas of responsibility. Able to communicate and collaborate within the team, with the end users and the global IT team. Passionate about gaming is a big plus.
