Job Description

* The incumbent is responsible for 1st & 2nd line support including ownership of projects within these areas at the local sites. Primary work task includes the day to day support and troubleshooting with end users and other routine work that needs to be done on a daily basis at the local sites.
* He/She will need to be able to communicate and collaborate within the team, with the end users and the global IT team. It is important to be able to understand their part in the big picture at the local sites.
* As part of supporting the users this includes proactive measures at all times, problem solving, implementation of new hardware / software, testing solutions and documenting areas of responsibility.

Requirements

*Diploma in Computer Science or related fields
*Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
*Desktop /Laptop / Servers / Network / e.tc
*Cellphones / Tablets / e.tc
*Conference room equipment
*Network (LAN / WAN / Wireless / Firewall / VPN / DNS / DHCP)
*Operating systems (Windows, MAC OS, Linux "good to know")
*Implementation (install, upgrade, patch)
