One of the leading global firms in the fintech space is currently looking to hire an experienced Business Analytics leader that understands UX design. The role will focus on introducing marketing campaign personalisation to the company's product offering with a data driven approach.

This role is responsible for customer conversion from various marketing campaigns through all channels and customer journey touch points. You will be shaping the end-to-end data driven marketing campaign strategies. You need to use data to analyse, predict patterns and conceptualise the format of recommendations on a design level. You will communicate with various stakeholders from data scientists to the UX design team.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7-10 years of experience in data driven marketing and data analytics. Experience in analysing large datasets using mathematical, statistical or other quantitative techniques to perform complex data analysis and data mining. Experience in implementing personalisation techniques using a Digital Asset Management tool. Strong passion for Machine Learning and combining data with Design. Experience in financial service industry is highly preferred. You should be comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders at all levels and different functions.
