One of the leading firms globally, with digital product offerings touching millions of people in the region is currently looking to hire an experienced design leader. The role will focus on innovation and digital transformation to further enhance the current products.
The products behind the app are complex and diverse. As the lead designer, you need to simplify and make them accessible to a global audience. You would be working with internal stakeholders across research, technology and BAUs. Then you'll be providing a strong and solid innovation based on the discussions which addresses the P&L of products while providing a good user experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10-15 years of experience in UX or HCI disciplines. And at least 3 years of experience in team management. You need to have experience in shipping good product design work. Experience in financial service industry is highly preferred. You should be passionate about design and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
