They are looking for a Senior Manager/Director for Key Account Management (Sales).

Job Description

【Job Description】

* Lead engagements with the central operations/procurement groups at a Key Customer Account, based in Singapore.

* Work closely with the various Business Unit (BU) teams to oversee the successful execution of critical process/hardware projects.

* Responsible for driving seamless alignment between company and the Key Customer Account.

* Support the BU teams to protect and expand company's market share in the Key Customer Account, while achieving Best-in-Class Customer Satisfaction.

* Maintains close engagement with the customer central operations/procurement groups to enable accurate assessment of the customer's specific requirements, facilitate concise communication of these requirements to the HQ/BU teams, and drive the development and implementation of the required technical/commercial solutions.

* Candidate will be responsible for managing regular management review meetings with the customer central operations/procurement groups.

* Candidate is expected to manage and drive engagement projects between company and the Key Customer Account to support the building of strong customer relationships, while balancing the needs of the customer, account and HQ.

【Requirements】
*Degree/background in Engineering

*Established track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects involving disparate, internal and external stakeholders

*Excellent project management skill, especially across matrix organization, is a must

*Min 10 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, semiconductor fabrication factory or related industry

*Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time for business
