Job Description

* Regional team lead role, with remit to immediately hire and build

A well-funded AI solutions start-up, with strong revenues and a rapidly scaling business is currently looking to make the addition of a Director for their Sales Engineering team.

You would be a key cog in the next phase of their growth. Acting in a consulting capacity across potential client engagements, engaging stakeholders and helping to drive home the value the firm offers. You would be leading from the front, since the firm is in start-up and ever evolving mode while also aiming to quickly scale up a team to support the sales group.

The firm has technology that brings an interesting twist on the machine learning, AI and cognitive space. Clients are receiving it well and it offers you the chance to talk through solutions that are competing on far more than price.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in AI or automation solutions. An ability to engage C-level decision makers, conduct effective workshops and POCs whilst also balancing the art of team leadership and development.
