S$7-9k p/m + AWS + ~ 3 month performance bonus
* Minimum 5 year Electrical Project Management experience
* Strong knowledge of E-House / ELV / MLV power systems & equipment
* Able to manage subcontractors & in-house installation teams to ensure completed to program, specification & budget.
Role Overview:
We are currently working with a leading manufacturer of ELV / MLV equipment to recruit an Electrical Project Manager to oversee construction of E-House facilities in Singapore. With previous experience of installation of LV/MV electrical equipment you will be able to manage subcontractors & in-house installation teams & be responsible for all aspects of the project to ensure completed to program, specification & budget.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Produce project planning documents covering scope of works, budgeting, programming & scheduling of installation works, QHSE and risk management.
* Handle overall project planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage project costing and project billing/claim
* Preparation and submission of drawings or documents.
* Monitor site progress and arrangement of work activities.
* Attend co-ordination meeting.
* Prepare progress report, project claims and relevant documents for monthly event.
Background & Experience:
* Degree qualified, ideally in Electrical Engineering
* You will possess minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working as Project Manager / Project Engineer and familiar with Electrical Building Services / Power Systems Projects
