They are looking for a HR Generalist for their Singapore Office.

* Handle full spectrum of HR generalist role.

* Create and update new hires & resigned staff data along with new staff orientation

* Support HR relates functions e.g. recruitment, handle employee contracts, employment policies, hiring process, recruitment, employee accommodation, visa process, updating of annual and medical leave records, update personnel records etc.

* Handle employment contracts, drafting and revising them, renew process and aligning the employee and company SOP and statutory standards.

* Handle other set of HR operations, like PMS, trainings, employee welfare and management and more.

* Handle all clearance for resigned staff

* Compiling of employees time records, verify timesheets etc.

* Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the operations

* Generate reports to Managers

* Source, plan, organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events

* Maintaining of recruitment records and reports

* Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

The client sets the criterias as below:
* Min Diploma with 3-5 years' experience in HR related position.
* Having experience in recruitment and employee management and contracts will be preferred.
* Must familiar with Word And Excel.
* Independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
