This position belongs to International investment division in regional HQ.
* Primary Interface between owner and main contractor/consultants
* Monitoring, coordinates, and reports the construction activities to subordinate
* Monitoring construction budget, schedule, quality control, and commercial objectives
* Control project objectives and milestones
* Project monitoring according to contract requirement
* Manage overall project budget, costs and schedule
* Track milestones
* Able to run Independently on owner, consultant's meetings
* Review, validate VO/VE assessed by QS and contractors
* Oversee and manage all documentations for the project
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, construction management, Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
* Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in managing wide-range of projects
* Experience in Building Commercial projects
* Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations
* Able to lead and manage a team of professionals
* Strong engineering background to discuss and advise technical matters with consultants and clients
* Good track record have construction works of at least the same complexity, character and size as those required of the Works
