Job Description
1）Coordinator for regional ocean cargo business
- For Evecutive Role:Mainly inside sales
- Sharing information through Lotus Notes
- Summarizing various results and creating reports
- Management of procurement: Maintenance and negotiation of freight rate from shipping line
- Management of sales plan: Preparation of RFQ, Preparation of quotation (Internal negotiation and pricing)
- Management of general job scope: FMC/AMS for US trade, AFR for JP trade, Agency agreement, Quality control for transportation
- Sales activities for Marine transportation business
- Planning and executing new ocean service
- Research on regulations on logistics companies in each country across the region
2) Supporting role for Sales & Marketing Center
- Trace and compare regional business plan and actual
- Support sales activities
3) General affair for Sales & Marketing Center
- Other administrative tasks (preparing various materials for meetings, arranging business
trips etc.)
4) For the Assistant Manager Role
- Oversea business trip and outside sales is required. ( Japan and SAO region )
- Liaise with Japanese counter part
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English to liaise with SAO Region Country.
- Proficiency in Japanese is required to liaise with counterparts based in Japan but not must
- Experience of working in Japanese company or interested in Japan.
- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Over 2 years of experience in Ocean Forwarding Field [Preferred requirements]
- Willing to travel abroad
