* Take ownership of, and manage, a customer management business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities.
* Develop & recommend channel strategy in line with category development and brand mid-term (3 to 5 years) developmental plan.
* Develop focused trade strategies for category in each key account and trade channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts / channels.
* Category analysis and data analytics using Advisor to identify distribution gaps, channel development opportunities in the assigned categories and brand portfolio.
* Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the retail industry, in order to recommend effective channel & sales strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.
* Design and monitor a competitive activity feedback report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes.
* Keep track, analyses and evaluate accounts' profitability. Identify customers who do not meet the Company's guidelines and recommend action to improve level of requirements.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives.
* Interact with Marketing regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack / price changes, new products, etc in order to ensure effective implementation by the sales force.
* Design and implement price surveys on selected brands to track and graph trends over periods of time, for purposes of recommending for pricing strategies based on information received.
* Consolidate internal price control program for all products, implementing and administering pricing alignment.
* To ascertain new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, planograms and etc.
*Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management
*Relevant experience: 5 years of sales, trade and category experience in FMCG market.
*Category and space management skills.
*Analytical skills.
*Good presentation and communication skills
*Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
*Good inter-personal skills.
*A good team player
Working hour: Mon to Fri 8:30-17:30 *Flexible hour (8:00~9:00 start 9 hour(one hour lunch break)
