Our Client:
Our client, an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore, Oil & Gas and Energy industry is on the lookout for an experience Project Lead/Supervisor to join their Engineering team in Singapore.
Due to an increase in project opportunities in the Asia region have led to the need to expand their Engineering department in Singapore. The Project Lead/Supervisor manages the end-to-end daily project aspect; including both commercial and engineering aspects of the team in Singapore.
The Role:
* Working closely with engineering team, procurement team and other relevant department
* Prepare and plat project schedule and work flow
* Project budgetary control
* Attend to project meeting with clients & vendors and resolve site issue
* Preparation of quotations if required
* Work delegation to the project engineers and supervisors
* Manage, lead and mentor a team of project executives
* Other ad hoc duties when assigned
The Requirements:
* Preferably Diploma or Degree in the Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering
* 5 - 10 years of project management experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
