Job Description
* Assists the sales person in sales coordination in respective Department like steel/paper etc.
* In charge of the full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoicing, packing list, L/C negotiation, certificate of origin, bill of lading & etc.
* Processing of customer/supplier orders, monitoring, tracking of orders & outstanding shipments.
* Managing of inventory, updating of sales & purchase data in the order system.
Requirements
*Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling shipping and Sales coordination work in related industry.
*Minimum education: Diploma and above.
*Has initiative and be observant, kind attitude and willing to learn.
*Knowledge in letter of credit (LC) is preferred.
*Having Incoterm knowledge is good.
