Our client, an international organization that provides mechanical equipment & spare parts to the Marine & Offshore industry is on the lookout for an experience After-Sales Manager to join their Commercial team in Singapore.
Due to an increase in demands within the Asia region have led to the need to expand their Commercial department in Singapore. The After-Sales Manager acts as a single point of contact for clients' and vendors. Being client- and service oriented and will be responsible for leading and developing a highly motivated sales team is essential.
The Role:
* Manage and grow profitable sales
* Builds, develops and manages relationships with suppliers and customers
* Responsible for leading and developing a highly motivated sales team
* Performance will be reviewed and awarded with bonus on quarterly basis
The Requirements:
* Preferably Diploma or Degree in any Sales or Marketing or Mechanical Engineering
* 1-3 years of commercial experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
* Well versed with MS Software application
