Job Description

* Co-managing Terminal Partnership Projects independently.

* Ensuring all actions & requirements to kick off a Terminal Partnership Projects are diligently prepared. E.g. On-site visiting/ organizing workshops

* Define clear KPIs and Targets for the execution of each Terminal Partnership Projects in maximizing cost savings.

* Ensure time stamps are properly measured and ensuring face-based conclusions and calculations

* Ensure proper project-related communication within Project Group as well with terminal, where needed.

* Ensure that delivery/receipt of data, Terminal Partnership Project-related reports and meetings are progressing as per requirements

* Monitor the overall progress of the Terminal Partnership Projects and adjust when and where necessary in achieving the best optimal results.

* Propose improvements in either Terminal Partnership Projects approach and/or execution.


- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Maritime Studies, Economics or Business Administration.
- Min 3 -5 years relevant experience in operation/ project management role at a global container shipping company or container terminal
- Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma principles/Project Management preferred.
- Proficient in Excel functions e.g. Pivot table
- Good analytical skills in handling numbers and data.

SGD 5,000 to 7,000
