Our Client:
Our client, an international organization that provides procuring services to the Marine & Offshore, Oil & Gas and Energy industry is on the lookout for an experience Sales cum Operations Executive to join their team in Singapore.
Due to an increase in commercial opportunities in the Asia region have led to the need to expand their Shipping department in Singapore. The Sales cum Operations Executive manages the end-to-end daily project aspect; including both quotations and daily operations responsibilities in Singapore.
The Role:
* Working closely with the General Manager and Shipping team
* Following up on quotations and providing quotations
* Attending meetings together with internal team
* Oversee and preparing of daily operation documents
* Working closely with assigned vendors; negotiating of contract; building relationship and etc
* Other ad hoc duties when assigned
The Requirements:
* Any relevant academic
* 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
