Work closing with the FDA (Food & Drug administration) for QA/QC process.
Responsible to develop and coordinate with the QA team and take initiatives to look after the Singapore region. Responsible for team & hands on and process improvement.
Will be managing a new QA team for intermediate of medicine, pharmaceutical ingredient.
Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with team members.
Developed, document and maintain detailed test cases, user scenarios and test artifacts, ensuring on-time against competing deadlines.
Oversee and administer day-to-day development-focused quality assurance operations, Ensure high standards are maintained throughout.
Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance department by evaluating current QA processes and developing new test strategies that meet the demands of clients.
Requirements
Min 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing company.
Having prior experience working with FDA (Food & Drug administration) is more preferred.
Minimum Bachelor degree in related discipline is required. Having knowledge on the regulatory standards and acts related to QA/QC is required.
Enthusiastic, having good interpersonal skills with team and leadership skills with flexibility in work and attitude is a best match.
