General Affairs

1. Handling of Company's Drivers affairs

2. Handling of Corporate rates (airlines, travel agencies, hotel, telecom) affairs; setting up &

maintaining such information in internal database

3. Procurement & handling of Office equipment, Stationery & supplies, door card, name card,

Emergency kit etc

4. Organize & coordination of company's event & trainings

5. Handling of Asset Listings & record

6. Fire drill preparation & arrangement & emergency contact/exercise

Human Resource

7. Recruitment & on boarding's support

8. Handling of staff Medical benefits

9. Handling of insurance administration

10. Support in Compliance matters

11. Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

* Diploma or GCE "O" Level with relevant experience
* At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
* Knowledge & experience in HR laws & regulation & recruitment would be advantageous
* Proficient in MS Office
* Detailed-oriented & meticulous, able to multi-task
* Able to work independently as well as a team player
