Due to expansion in their business operations, they are seeking for the right dynamic talent to join their organisation as a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist (6-month Contract).
Job Description
As a L&D Specialist, you will work closely with the Program Managers and support them in developing custom-tailored programs and trainers for the clients for their on-boarding programmes and role/skill specific training programs. You will provide clarity to your clients on learning activities and preparing on-boarders to be successfully transited into their roles. You will need to utilise analytical skills to help the Learning Team deliver value-add programs and make strategic, data driven decisions. You will evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the training programmes offered and to identify future programs offered to address the ever-evolving business of the company by working with colleagues across the region to provide operational support the various developmental/training programs within the organisation. You will be a strong problem-solver who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a creative mind-set, to manage and ensure the success of the training programs.
Your key responsibilities include the following:
* Support learning programs through content design, learning analytics and program management, ensuring positive learner feedback
* Evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning programs through different methodology (eg, focus group, surveys, interviews, etc)
* Design and continuous improve learning programs through data analytics
* Organise data, produce analyses and communicate results to stakeholders
* Design and create role-related trainings for targeted learners by partnering with subject matter expertise across the organisation
* Engage with key stakeholders to deliver high quality learning experiences (eg, with facilitators, learners)
* Utilise scale metrics tracking tools across the team and manage on-going analytics, tracking and reporting of goals for the Learning team.
* Design, execute and facilitate a range of training sessions and other events
Requirements
To qualify for this application, you will be a degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience in L&D. You will need to have an attention to detail with the ability to adapt in fast-changing environment and prioritising multiple functions within timelines. Prior background in Customer Service/Customer Experience/Customer Relations with customer resolutions/problem solving skills will be added advantages.
